IkoForm is a Kenyan event discovery and event-sharing platform designed to help people discover events and allow event organizers to publish their events.
IkoForm provides a platform for event information and does not organize or operate every event listed on the website.
2. User Accounts
Some IkoForm features require you to create an account.
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information.
- Keeping your login details secure.
- Not sharing your account credentials with other people.
- Informing us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
3. Event Submissions
Registered users may submit events to IkoForm.
Event organizers are responsible for ensuring that the information they submit is accurate and up to date.

We do not guarantee that every event listed on the website will take place exactly as advertised.
Event organizers are responsible for cancellations, postponements, changes in venue, changes in schedules, ticketing and other event-related matters.
6. Event Locations
Event organizers may optionally provide the actual location of an event.
IkoForm may use this information to make the event discoverable through Nearby Events and to provide directions.
7. Featured Events
IkoForm may offer featured-event promotion.
Featured events may receive additional visibility, including:
- Display on the home page.
- Increased visibility in Explore Events.
- A Featured badge.
The current featured-event price is:
KSh 100 per day.
Payment instructions are displayed on the Our Services page.
IkoForm reserves the right to review and approve featured-event requests.
8. Payments
Where payment is required for a featured-event service, users should follow the payment instructions provided by IkoForm.
Users should retain their payment confirmation information.
IkoForm may request payment confirmation before activating a paid featured-event service.
9. Website and External Links
Events may contain links to external websites.
IkoForm does not control external websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices or transactions.
10. Intellectual Property
The IkoForm website, branding, design, original content and platform functionality belong to IkoForm or their respective rights holders unless otherwise stated.
